# Choose suppliers for 120 probes

An illustrative explanation of the selected contract, not an execution result.

![Synthetic offers pass through qualification and technical fit, then comparable full cost, pack quantities and receipt-plus-acceptance timing. Quantity, budget and acceptance date constrain a proposed allocation. Unresolved conditions and questions remain before ordering; a quote is not an order.](https://openprose.ai/contract-views/v1/supplier-selection/74375b024eb45c0fca3500c8fbecae56167985e4e4b138d2e4da67993588af55.png)

The synthetic purchase requires exactly 120 useful temperature probes by a specified acceptance deadline. The work begins with the specification, original offers and supplier evidence. Qualification determines whether suppliers are suitable for this purchase; technical evidence must also support the offered assembly.

The blue labels name the requirements and evidence used in the comparison. Full cost includes the applicable charges on a common basis. Pack sizes and minimums constrain quantities. Timing includes both receipt and the incoming acceptance work, using the available resources. A low unit price alone cannot establish a feasible allocation.

The selected evaluation policy governs tradeoffs among eligible allocations. It cannot silently waive the specification, acceptance requirements or mandatory limits. The proposed result includes reproducible arithmetic, order lines, alternatives and conditions that must be resolved before commitment. The image deliberately chooses no supplier and reports no savings.

The board omits detailed offer amounts and supplier-specific findings. Those remain in the selected records and would need actual analysis. A later policy substitution creates a distinct comparison instance with its changed requirements disclosed. A recommendation does not establish supplier assent, place an order, perform physical testing or accept goods. The proposed clarification and receiving plan remain preparation for those later decisions.
