# Revise the operating plan

An illustrative explanation of the selected contract, not an execution result.

The synthetic shared-service example starts from accepted plan P0/C0 and processes one bounded change batch B1. Event identity matters: a new fact, replayed report, correction, proposal and dispute cannot all be treated as new accepted work. Reconciliation preserves each logical event and its effect on commitments.

The actual remaining work feeds the forecast, conflict analysis and allocation. Resources, review costs, deadlines, dependencies and authority remain attached as the plan develops. A conditional remedy does not create capacity that is unavailable under the current facts, and an unresolved right does not grant permission to change a promise.

The required plan assessment examines the actual candidate and its evidence. A complete supported planning analysis can identify infeasibility. That does not make the required workload feasible or erase an unmet allocation objective. The image shows the assessment step without asserting its outcome or an independent reviewer.

The drawing omits individual commitments, staffing quantities, competing claims and scenario findings. It does not assert a capacity gap or feasible allocation in these unexecuted records. Operational work in the inventory is planned rather than performed by this commission. The candidate does not update the accepted register, send messages, appoint staff or create future invocations. Unresolved decisions retain their existing responsibility.
