# Revise the agreement

An illustrative explanation of the selected contract, not an execution result.

![The fictional A1/A2 baseline, requested change and preserved terms jointly govern proposed A3. Scenario checks examine the resulting wording, consequences and open questions. The change is prospective; past notices remain under their existing terms.](https://openprose.ai/contract-views/v1/agreement-review/5fa3f8b4c09222b220681bbbfa3813e6abe05812979f0fd193d1488d39b56d5f.png)

The fictional notice-and-cure example asks for a prospective clarification A3 of the exact A1/A2 baseline. The requested Change and Preservation contracts both govern the proposed instrument. An unaccepted counterparty redline is evidence or a request only to the extent the caller has assigned it that role.

The revision must produce usable operative text, including affected definitions, schedules and cross-references. A word-level difference can miss a changed legal consequence. The explanation therefore follows rights, duties, conditions, deadlines, proof requirements and remedies as well as altered wording.

The scenario checks apply to the actual proposed text. In this example, the clarification must preserve the stipulated cure bargain and proof requirements without creating a new approval condition or automatic termination. It applies prospectively under the selected effective event and cannot retroactively establish the treatment or cure of an earlier notice.

- [Agreement revision](https://pkg.prose.md/releases/0.4.0-rc.1/law/contracts/agreement-revision.md) preserves the exact baseline and binds Change and Preservation while requiring consequential comparison and scenario evidence.
- [The notice-and-cure commission](https://pkg.prose.md/releases/0.4.0-rc.1/law/tests/notice-cure/program.md) selects fictional Harbor, A1/A2, proposed A3 and the fixed drafting scenarios.
- [Change and Preservation](https://pkg.prose.md/releases/0.4.0-rc.1/law/tests/notice-cure/terms.md) state the clarification's precise requirements and boundaries.

The view covers the agreement-revision portion of that larger commission. It omits the separate advice and obligation-account work, clause wording, counted dates and scenario outcomes. No real jurisdiction, legal conclusion, signature or accepted amendment is represented. The governing legal mandate and selected sources remain necessary for actual work. Drafting an instrument does not sign it, deliver notices, resolve missing historical evidence or perform a party's obligations.
