# OpenProse Royalties

Prepare licensing decisions, royalty calculations and reconciled statements from selected terms and evidence. Begin with the [kernel](../core/README.md), choose the required work below, and supply its inputs, applicable terms and output boundary. Links in this index do not adopt or invoke the catalog.

Run the synthetic [quarter-close commission](tests/statement/program.md) with a fresh output directory, or invoke the bounded [test suite](tests/suite.md). A separate [rate comparison](tests/statement/comparison.md) demonstrates contract-valued substitution. These fixtures stipulate commercial terms; they are not statements of law or standard market rates. The contracts preserve caller-selected legal context, reporting basis and authority. Actual transfers, notices or record changes require their own authorized capabilities and evidence.

Dependency: the selected sibling `core` package only. [MIT License](LICENSE.md).

For a connected close, run the [music catalog commission](tests/close/music/program.md), which separates recording and composition rights, corrects an earlier period, translates settlement and retains an ownership dispute; or the [patent license commission](tests/close/patent/program.md), which combines unit royalties and sublicense receipts with a floor, restricted recoupment and sell-off evidence. The [close controls](tests/close/suite.md) challenge conversions, hold releases, evidence and evaluators. All terms and records are fictional. These are invocable applications, not claims of exercised readiness or completed real transactions.

The [model-sensitive bridge controls](tests/calibration/quiet-suite.md) distinguish an internally coherent numerical error from a valid alternative and an explicitly permitted policy substitution.

[One retained correction pass](tests/continuing/program.md) uses an explicit local retention interface; [finite continuing execution](tests/continuing/execution.md) and [assessment](tests/continuing/assessment.md) cover replay, late evidence, conflict and incomplete feed coverage. These entries require supplied storage and actual invocations.
