# OpenProse Law

Contracts for carrying legal matters from a grounded question to usable argument or transaction text, then into an evidence-linked account of continuing duties. Start with Matter commission when the work needs connected research, a specialist product and a disposition; use an individual contract for narrower work. Supply the legal mandate, sources and working boundary. An OpenProse execution agreement is not itself evidence that the resulting instrument is legally effective.

Read the selected [kernel](../core/README.md). Every legal work contract below adopts the [legal mandate](contracts/legal-mandate.md): identify the applicable jurisdiction or synthetic world, relevant dates, authority selection, represented interest, and permitted effects. Tools, licensed databases, communication channels, signatory authority, and future invocations must come from the host.

[Notice and cure commission](tests/notice-cure/program.md) is an invocable synthetic drafting and interpretation example. [Its suite](tests/notice-cure/suite.md) assesses correct, alternative, defective, incomplete-evidence, and inadequate-agreement records. [The live trial](tests/notice-cure/live.md) adds an actual subject attempt. Tests define work; they are not evidence of successful execution.

For connected applications, invoke the [Alder payment response](tests/contested-payment/program.md), [Juniper license commission](tests/license-closing/program.md), its permitted [escrow substitution](tests/license-closing/escrow.md), or the [later royalty event batch](tests/license-closing/servicing.md). Each declares fictional sources and ordinary read/write inputs; the caller supplies a fresh output directory. The [workflow suite](tests/matter-workflows/suite.md) challenges adverse authority, missing proof, operative drafting defects, contract substitution, duplicate payment evidence, timing breaches and evaluator mistakes. Its [checker](tests/matter-workflows/checker.md) can assess a single result without running the whole suite.

The license example substitutes a Closing-conditions contract with a materially different release procedure while preserving rights and economic requirements. Matter commission also accepts compatible research, work-product and disposition contracts. Passing a different contract does not supply an unavailable database, independent reviewer, filing facility, escrow holder or continuing owner.
